1/160 Boeing Model 40A Model Kit B16005 Build Difficulty Analysis

In response to player feedback, 1/160 Boeing Model 40A has the following difficulties and points of attention that are easily missed in the production.

Difficulty: the bending of the fuselage

The No. 1 fuselage part needs to bend the upper part into an arc shape (the hollow part in the middle of the front fuselage is bent, and the hollow part is designed to be easier to bend.).

When building, it is recommended to find a pen with a smaller diameter. Pad under the part and slowly bend the part into place as shown in the instructions. Do not bend at a large angle at a time. Instead, you should gradually adjust the bending arc of the part gradually. Until the arc can be basically the same as the No. 2 part (the lower part of the No. 2 part will not exceed the body after the No. 2 part is inserted).

Note: wing auxiliary fixing plate

No. 9/10 wing supports are marked Remove and need to be removed after the upper and lower wings are assembled. The removal method is recommended to use tweezers to hold this part and bend it repeatedly, and use the plastic deformation characteristics of metal to break.

The above two points are the precautions for the construction of 1/160 Boeing 40A. About the difficulty of building other models and how to use the tools. Check out our other tutorial posts.
