How Replacement Works

• Free Replacements (Warranty & Defective Parts):

  If your kit arrived with missing components or manufacturing defects, replacement parts and shipping are 100% free of charge. Please attach your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation number) in the form below.

• Accidental Damage / Out of Warranty:

  Lost a piece under your workbench or bent a delicate detail during assembly? We’ve all been there! We offer low-cost individual replacement parts for accidental damage. Once you submit the form, we will provide a quick, hassle-free quote for the part and shipping.
