Shipping Policy

International orders are shipped from China with tracking.

Depending on the destination, parcel conditions, and available shipping routes, orders may be shipped via ePacket, SF Express, or another suitable tracked service. We do not guarantee that every order will use the same carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment and order details are confirmed. Processing time can vary by order. We do not promise same-day dispatch or a fixed dispatch time unless a specific service or order confirmation expressly states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided with the shipping confirmation. You can use the tracking number on our Track Your Order page or the relevant carrier’s tracking service. Tracking events can sometimes take time to appear after a parcel is dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery time varies by destination, carrier, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or by a carrier is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Availability

Available shipping destinations and services may vary. The options available for an order are shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact hello@stratostudio.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or the tracking status is unusual for an extended period, contact hello@stratostudio.com with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the case and handle eligible replacements or refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.
