Shipping policy

Because we maintain a high inventory level, we will mail all your items to you on the same day you ordered, provided that we receive the order before 3pm (UTC+8).

HOW DO WE SEND YOUR ORDER?

We send orders directly from our studio in China to most parts of the world, and have a particularly large customer base in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. If you place an order before 3pm (UTC+8), we will ship it on the same day, except weekends and holidays, and the order will be sent on the next working day. Orders after 3pm (UTC+8) will be sent on the next business day. After your order is shipped, we will confirm in the email with the tracking number of the order.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or China nationally observed holidays.
*With COVID-19, we are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including reduced staffing and extra cleaning of our warehouses. This may increase the time it takes to process and ship your order—currently up to 5 business days. Additionally, we may not be able to offer expedited shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.
All items are packed in discreet ordinary postal bags/boxes and the company name is not displayed on the package. We send all packages personally and maintain high quality standards at every stage of your purchase and delivery. We use SF Express to send all orders.

Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If the information is incorrect and/or missing, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may result in delayed delivery of your order. Customs clearance may also cause delays.
Your order may be delivered to you by the local post office or local courier company. Depending on your region, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notification card telling you how and where to collect your delivery.
Your local customs may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
If the package is returned due to incorrect address, incomplete address, or vacancy, no resending will be arranged.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

TAXES & DUTIES

After the package arrives in the destination country, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged. These fees are determined by the customs of a particular destination.
The payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and we are not responsible here. For more detailed information about charges, please contact your local customs.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

POINTS TO NOTE

The majority of orders arrive on time, but we are officially obliged to say that deliveries could take up to 45-90 days if there are any delays in postal services, such as can occur during periods of heavy demand e.g. holidays and Black Friday. Times shown act as a guide only, using information supplied by delivery services. Timings are based on working days, i.e. weekdays, and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
If your order hasn't arrived then it is typically held up with customs or postal officials, and unfortunately, we have no control over customs authorities. We advise will need to wait 30 days after the estimated delivery time, in order to take in to account any unexpected customs or postal delays. Any missing items or damage must be reported within seven days of receipt.
For security and 'peace of mind', we may at times, upgrade your postage to a 'signed for' option, this is at our expense, and you will not be charged any extra.
Should your order be returned to us for any reason, we will happily re-send it to you, but we would require the postage fees for this service.
