Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from China and include tracking.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Depending on the destination, package conditions, and available routes, we may use ePacket, SF Express, or another suitable trackable carrier. We do not promise a fixed carrier.

Are customs fees included?

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Are these official merchandise?

Strato Studio products are fan-made artisan keycaps inspired by characters and worlds we love. They are not official merchandise unless expressly stated.

Are the keycaps compatible with my keyboard?

Our standard keycaps are designed for MX-style mechanical keyboard stems and are typically 1U unless otherwise noted.
