Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

  • Exclusivity & Final Sale: Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website with limited quantities. All purchases are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Display & Artisan Nuances: We have made every effort to display colors and images accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings and subtle physical characteristics inherent in custom resin / 3D printing craftsmanship.

  • Sales Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities offered.

SECTION 6 - PRICE AND SHIPPING

  • Pricing: The price of products will be as displayed on the website and applies exclusively to online purchases. All listed prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are variable and will always be displayed before you accept and place the order.

  • Customs & Duties: Product prices do NOT include international customs duties or tariffs. All duties and tariffs remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SECTION 7 - PAYMENT

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept PayPal and other official payment methods specified on the checkout page. Payment methods other than those officially listed are strictly not accepted.

  • Billing & Shipping Alignment: Please ensure your billing address matches your shipping address where applicable to protect both parties against fraudulent transactions.

  • Data Protection: Payments are processed securely via official payment servers (e.g., PayPal/Shopify). stratostudio.com does not receive or store your credit card details or bank account numbers.

SECTION 8 - ORDER & CONTRACT FORMATION

Placing an order on stratostudio.com constitutes full acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and general conditions of sale.

  • Order Process:

    1. Order Placement: You submit an order following the online purchase procedure.

    2. Order Confirmation: You receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. (This does not constitute final order acceptance).

    3. Shipping Confirmation: We send an email confirming the product has been dispatched. The legally binding Contract between us is formalized ONLY when this Shipping Confirmation is sent.

SECTION 9 - CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

All order cancellations prior to dispatch, claims regarding defective/damaged goods upon arrival, and refund timelines are strictly governed by our standalone Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: Once an order has been shipped, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled prior to being packed or dispatched.

SECTION 10 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us (e.g., orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or shipping address).

  • We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 11 - AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS

  • All product orders are subject to stock availability.

  • If there are supply difficulties or items are out of stock, we reserve the right to offer you substitute products of equal or superior quality and value. If you do not wish to accept substitute products, we will fully refund any amount paid.

SECTION 12 - DELIVERY & IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

  • Items will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form.

  • Non-fulfillment of delivery timeframes will not be considered a breach by stratostudio.com if caused by recipient absence, unpaid customs duties, invalid addresses, or force majeure events.

  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid local tariffs or invalid buyer details, no complimentary refund will be granted.

SECTION 13 - OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools (such as 17track or PayPal portals) over which we neither monitor nor have control. You acknowledge that access is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or endorsement. Use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, plans, or other materials (collectively, "comments"), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use them in any medium.   • Liability Cap: The total cumulative liability of Strato Studio regarding any product purchased on stratostudio.com is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for said product.

  • Indirect Damages: Strato Studio cannot be held liable for any indirect damages, operational losses, or physical mishandling of artisan keycaps after delivery.
