Fan-Made / Doujin Products Disclaimer:

  • Intellectual Property Ownership: Strato Studio produces original fan-made (doujin) artisan products inspired by various pop culture, anime, comic, game, and novel (ACGN) intellectual properties (IPs). All rights, titles, original character designs, and trademarks of third-party franchises remain the sole property of their respective copyright holders and official publishing companies.

  • Fan Merchandising Compliance: Strato Studio operates in good faith within the established commercial guidelines for fan-made goods (Doujin guidelines). Our custom goods are fan-crafted creations meant for community appreciation and collection, and are not official corporate merchandise unless explicitly specified as an authorized collaboration.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Color & Display Representation: While we make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details accurately, actual product appearance may slightly vary depending on your monitor settings or subtle production batch nuances inherent in custom resin and full-color 3D printing techniques.

  • Product Use & Inspection: Strato Studio shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, force abuse, or physical alteration of our artisan products after receipt. Customers are required to inspect package integrity upon delivery as specified in our Return Policy.

  • Transaction Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Strato Studio for any claim arising from purchases made on this Site shall strictly not exceed the total purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & LOCAL COMPLIANCE

  • Import Duties: Buyers are strictly responsible for all import duties, tariffs, customs fees, and clearance compliance required by their destination country.

  • Returned / Refused Shipments: Strato Studio is not responsible for shipment delays or rejections caused by local customs. Orders returned due to unpaid local tariffs, customer refusal, or incorrect shipping addresses are non-refundable.
